The Expresso Software Development Kit is a framework for developers to
integrate Instant Messaging functionality into custom applications. Using
the SDK, developers can easily add presence and instant messaging
functionality into proprietary applications such as ERP, CRM, supply chain
management and other legacy systems.
The resulting IM service can either be hosted at the client's facilities, or
hosted and maintained by VirtualThere.
